At Happy Gardens, we want your outdoor sanctuary to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused garden decor and accessories. If your new piece doesn't bring you joy, we will gladly help you process a return or exchange for a different style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our nursery safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
